1. No evictions for 3 years

2. No felonies in the past 7 years

3. Must provide proof of verifiable income

4.  Must comply to a rental history and criminal background check

5. Application fee of $25.00 must be paid for each adult over 18-Application is non-refundable as it pays for the costs of the background checks only

6. Once you receive your approval email, potential renter is required to submit their deposit within 24 hours
